By purchasing ACCELERATE: The Personalized Instagram Growth Audit (“the Audit”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms of Purchase with The Bundle Club (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Nature of Service

This Audit is a personalized service, not a digital product or course. Each Audit is custom-created by hand, based on the information you provide in your intake form.

No AI tools, templates, or pre-made content are used.

2. Delivery

You’ll receive your personalized video + PDF strategy within 7–10 business days after submitting your completed intake form.

All communication and delivery will occur via email to the address you provide during checkout.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of this service, all sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once your purchase has been made.

Please ensure you’re fully committed and ready to proceed before completing your transaction.

4. Client Responsibilities

You understand that your participation and implementation of the recommendations are essential to achieving results.

We do not offer guarantees of specific outcomes, as results will vary based on your content, consistency, and audience.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your intake form.

5. No Fake Followers or Engagement Pods

Clients with purchased followers, bots, or engagement pods will not receive accurate results from this service.

If this applies to your account, we highly recommend starting fresh before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials provided as part of your Audit are owned by The Bundle Club.

You are granted a personal license to use them for your own brand or business but may not resell, reproduce, or share them publicly without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you agree that The Bundle Club and its representatives are not liable for any losses or damages — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of the Audit materials or recommendations.

8. Communication

All communication related to your Audit will occur via email at hello@thebundleclub.com.

Support is limited to Audit-related questions and delivery; ongoing coaching or mentorship is not included unless otherwise stated.

9. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.
