Collaborator Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By confirming your participation as a collaborator in The Bundle Club (May 25 – June 1 2026), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Bundle Club is operated by Nina Graham, Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Collaborators must be 18 years or older and have a digital product valued at a minimum of $97 USD to contribute to the bundle.

3. Product Contribution

You agree to contribute one digital product to the bundle for the duration of the event. Your product must be your own original creation and must not infringe on any third party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring your product is accessible and deliverable to buyers for a minimum of 12 months from June 1 2026.

4. Promotion Requirements

You agree to promote the bundle to your own audience during bundle week (May 25 – June 1 2026) with a minimum of 3 dedicated promotional posts via social media, email, or a combination of both. Done-for-you copy and graphics will be provided in May.

5. Commission Structure

Collaborators earn 70% commission — $67.90 per sale — on every bundle sale they personally refer through their unique affiliate link. Commission rates are manually set to 70% by The Bundle Club upon confirmation of collaborator status. If you recruit sub-affiliates, you earn an additional 20% on every sale they generate.

6. Payouts

All commissions are paid within 14 days of June 1 2026 via PayPal or wire transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details in your affiliate account. The Bundle Club is not responsible for failed payments resulting from incorrect information.

7. Refunds

The Bundle Club operates a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. In the exceptional circumstance that a refund is approved at the sole discretion of The Bundle Club, the corresponding commission will be voided or deducted from your payout.

8. Bundle Pricing

The bundle is sold to buyers at $97 USD. Collaborators agree not to undercut or discount the bundle price through their own channels during the event period.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your contributed product. By participating you grant The Bundle Club a limited licence to use your product name, description, and branding for the purposes of promoting the bundle.

10. Termination

The Bundle Club reserves the right to remove a collaborator from the bundle at its discretion. If removed prior to the event, your product will not be included. If removed during the event, any verified commissions earned to that point will still be honoured unless removal is due to fraudulent activity.

11. Relationship

Participation does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and The Bundle Club.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

13. Changes to Terms

The Bundle Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Where possible, collaborators will be notified of any significant changes via email.
